WAIT! i just found this on NVSOS just now: ‘Dunn & Groux BEVERAGE HOLDINGS’ ? Filed today, 03/19/2026. This is what their ‘Articles of Exchange’ filing was about as i posted earlier — YES!( i searched around their NVSOS site and just found this…)
The VMHG OTC Supplemental Filing about the change of control did not mention specifically ‘Dunn & Groux Beverage Holdings’, or even ‘Dunn & Groux’ - mentioned their names but left us all kinda guessing….:

and the PR did the same thing….left us guessing though it seemed 99% all there..but that last 1% i think kept some from buying:

But guys look below: they have been very methodical and non-pumpy. il like it….and not diluting i live it even more lol….this filing came out TODAY (thanks again Aladin Sane for the NVSOS info) ….and here it is…..’Dunn & Groux Beverage Holdings —- same name of course as their company that is kicking off GUTSI if you look at top of their webpage……we have something NEW and now 100% confirmed: GUTSI!!!!:…LLETTSSSGOOOOOOOO!:
