Yeah, unless the company tells you how many outstanding warrants are left or that all have been converted, there's no way that I know of to track it. They haven't said or done anything to make institutional investors want to hold on to their shares either. Another shady thing that I've found out is that along with the approval to change the company name to “Isiah Enterprises, Inc.," they also approved an increase in the number of authorized shares from 300,000,000 to 1,000,000,000. You have to look through their filings to find it because it's not showing up elsewhere.
