This company tossed out 3 years worth of delinquent financial reports, largely xerox's of each other, to get the scam shell up to date for the pump and dump. Publication of the financials for the scam fusion company will unwind the whole fairy tale, so they only have about 2 months to sell as much stock as they can.

I was literally about to discuss these key facts...which add about a 10,000X factor to ....$RNWF is a scam scam scam.....and it hit me like a ton of bricks as I was further studying the fraud loaded FORM 10 vs all the pump and dump fraud loaded PR...preparing a brief for "regulators"....and it's a big big big problemo....

As you correctly point out....these cons....Hawkins (a mere proxy and pawn of old criminal pal Justin Costello aka CLUB FED inmate Lompoc CA) + Hymers + dispshit fake CEO Nelson......they filed that POS FORM 10....and POOF....like magic....cut-off EXACTLY at the point where any actual salient info about the empty as Jesus tomb facts regarding Kepler would need to have been disclosed...

Remember....these cons issued PR....paraphrasing the fraud..."Yo yo dudes n chicks and penny dupes...we dunns hads a bits of a delays to that their Kepler merger n shit....yo....BUTTS...we suddenly just gots it all settled outs n we paid like $5 bucks n some worthless shares fo its in FEBRUARY"....bingo....they slow-dragged the bullshit "reverse merger" into worthless Kepler....so they did not and do not have one word in the FORM 10 as to who paid how much for what etc.....!!!!

This PR or 8-K shit here....the delay from Dec when Kepler would have 100% had to have been disclosed in the FORM 10 ....to Feb 2026 !!!

This is as carefully a pre-thought and pre-planned PUMP and DUMP fraud ticker as I've seen hustled on the gutter OTC in 5+ years....it's dirty as a road side gas station toilet seat !!!

The key item now is they need to file a fully audited yr 2025 annual report by March 31 2026....and THAT...if this scam is to keep running the P&D...will have to explain and include accounting for....all matters Kepler the fraud...which IMO...just ain't gonna happen....!!
