....REZ: the IRS tightened the rules on a company buying another company's NOLs......the FDIC filed extensive legal briefs that ONLY THE BUYER OF THE FAILED BANK QUALIFIES TO BUY THE FAILED BANK HOLDING COMAPNY's NOLs..........!!!!!!!....................

....and buying the NOLs...........is VOLUNTARY........frank holding would not have touched the dirty UWBI NOLs...........UNLESS FCNCA WAS FORCED TO BY THE FDIC....................

.....this is reality, REZ.............and not bad reparations.....given there is a FORMULA for buying NOLs.........
