Restricted keeps decreasing and the Unrestricted keeps increasing as does the Held at DTC. That can only mean notes are being converted and dumped by insiders and toxic lenders. You can see the pattern in the daily trading.
No question about it... Insiders are dumping stock. Stock in a company they say is game changing, yet they are selling.
