More Fraud... They never mentioned the Alaska Judgment in the OTC disclosure. I don't see the 618,994 recorded there either. And the Form 10 did not explain what it was about. They didn't even give a case number; Well, I found it anyway....

NOTE 5 – LITIGATION PAYABLE

On December 12, 2024, the Court of Alaska entered a judgment against the Company. The total judgment recognized in the consolidated statement of operations for the year ended December 31, 2024 is $618,994. The judgment accrues interest at an annual rate of 8.5% until paid.

I wonder why they did mention it. Was it this?? Lol... FINRA might have a question or two... This is a full-scale fraud and securities action.

Cause of Action
“This is an action for fraudulent inducement, breaches of contract, good faith & fair dealing, fiduciary duty, consumer protection violation(s), Alaska Securities Act violation(s).”
