What "legal expense" occurred in the UQ Trust's (wells fargo, now Allspring) "October 2018 remittance period" that "could have a" 'maybe' type sentiment) affect on ownership residuals going to UQs via WAMU Pass thru Certificates 2004-RS1 ?

I'm guessing JPM vs FDIC & Deutsche Bank indemnification/representation put back claims?

Despite the "legal expense" in 2018, S&P Global still rated these UQ Certificates in 2019 at AA+ after speaking with the Trustee about the nature of this expense.


Looks pretty good to me, especially now 7 years later knowing any risks have mostly, if not all dissipated as this Trust is in Clean-Up Call before final dispersals to those who released.
