Dennis checked out years ago. He looked very rough last time I saw a Facebook video of him about 3 or 4 years ago. If there was justice, him and his PR person would be in jail for their corruption. They purposely misled shareholders all the way into the Expert Market with repeated blatant lies. Some people pursued legal action with the small resources they had, but it's not enough in situations like this.

Shareholders only hope is for someone to buy up the ticker. Under current circumstances, it is highly unlikely that ever happens. Many people have taken the write-off. According to Accountants there's a way to do it when things are stuck like this one is.
