Someone with business acumen can probably do a better job…. 
I currently don’t own…
People/Companies who project prices generally have biases… not always correct ones!  Sounds like your gut is dialed in to me… I have a saying that I picked up years ago… when in doubt? Throw it out. 

I think this ride might of killed a few people.......
