IMO..Miro/Rox/Dorliss/et.al get to dump their deeply discounted shares whether the appeal is denied or settled. Or Qatar cuts their losses , pulls out and looks for a truly clean shell ticker from a reputable broker.

All, everything also depends on the war. Nothing good happens if the global financial system and economy both collapse
