Re Nixon's 'new businesses' --
So far, there are really only two (2) new LLCs:
CulturaLoHi LLC
El Jefe Sunnyside LLC
and one (1) new webpage (for Cultura Espesso & Agave Bar) that is only a placeholder.
There is an active webpage and a Facebook page for El Jefe restaurant that happens to be in the Sunnyside suburb/neighborhood of Denver, but that restaurant has pre-existed Nixon's new LLC, so a connection between Nixon's new LLC and the existing restaurant is only speculation. Maybe Nixon is going to buy it out, but why the owners might want to sell is unknown (although they do run a couple of other restaurant businesses; one a 2-location burger-stand-type place, and a single-location pizza place).
Since Nixon let WCVC get revoked, there has usually been a many-months-long lag (3+ months to my memory) between the first evidence of a new place -- typically an LLC -- and proof of its actual existence as an operating restaurant controlled by Nixon.
But alas ... Nixon gives shareholders no reason to cheer.

P.S. The Ball Arena Illegal Burger concession stand is also new, but it only operates during events. Nixon doesn't make mention of it on his Illegal Burger website, but I think he mentioned it on its Facebook page.
