The NAG shares distribution to BMXI shareholders was supposed to occur in January 2026.

Now in today’s company press release, Ollquist suggests NAG won’t even occur until PCAOB audits are generated for the yet existent company. So Nils is incompetent as well as a crooked fraudster?

“Romy is also playing a pivotal role in securing PCAOB based audits of NAG projects, an integral and essential component for filing of a registration statement and execution of the special shareholder divided to Brookmount shareholders.”

And yet too, Nilsy Crook will get everybody some IFRS audits instead for Brookmount Explorations, Inc., the parent company.
