Oh my stars 🌟  NXPL has officially sank to a new low. (no pun intended). . 
Management is perfectly content with the status quo of being a mediocre NASDAQ traded company that repeatedly requires reverse splits to remain compliant.. . 
All board members continue to collect their bloated salaries as the value of their gifted shares and employee compensation programs become less and less valuable. The Company needs a takeover (IMO) with fresh minds & new talent in charge, otherwise the same pattern will continue as they recycle internal staff into Management roles responsible for all the terrible decisions made in recent years.
