as a holder, I have taken into consideration the WMI Holding Company's "Preferred Managing Subsidiary" Documentation, Provided By The Company, Placed on the SEC site'. I sequenced and Followed THAT Original WMI Subsidiary from Before the 2008' seizure and then post the 2012 Reorganization ... interestingly, it showed CASH IN & CASH OUT' ...
As of the last SEC entry (2018), the "Preferred Managing Sub", again on the SEC site', had been paying for KKR's 3% Cash Coupon $18,000,000.00 Quarterly, and completely PAID OFF The Run-Off Notes' early' ...
So, what was quickly apparent, and using the obvious fact that Loans Had Not Been Being Replaced in a timely fashion, ... I believe that a p' held, should provide a return of in the neighborhood of between $600.00 and $800.00 per' ... k's roughly one fortieth of that, and a wamuq roughly $20.00 per ... given the fact that one followed ALL of the guidelines, and submitted their Release Documentation to their Bank or Brokerage' ... to now be in a position for a return on their initial investment' ...
