Hi John, do you think L shares come in exchange of some future value? So maybe its realistic to assume that RKT's net worth would also increases much higher and then the PPS doesn't drop to $5? I wouldn't think RKT would just dump that much dilution on us/themselves without some 'acquisition' or exchange of value in mind..... Maybe that's how/where legacy WMI Ps & Ks being collateralized bonds, gets absorbed into this decades old mess. Maybe Ps & Ks become Ls...?

Qs are an entirely different animal, and are wound down to all cash and right now undergoing a < 10% 'clean-up' call by Allspring Asset Management (Wells Fargo) as we speak.
