Unless they pay this note off, we are going to be stuck here for a while. They are being very controlled with the dilution,, which is better than how most notes convert, but it is going to drag on for a while. Even with a .01 conversion price, it would take 175 million shares. We have only seen 30 million come in since the 10-Q was released..
Hopefully, Isiah is looking into a refi or a loan with better terms. $7,000,000 in collateral with the assets picked up from the acquisition of EcoBio should hold some weight.
