Yep.... the previous scam held the same land lease... and never ever tried to mine it as gold prices went for 350/oz to over 900/oz... they in the end after bilking shareholders for years they finally admitted that they can't even prove any valuation and it was too costly for them to do so....
then they let the lease expire in 2023.... 100% scam play going on again
