Seems there is contradiction there... Anything In these OTCMarkets "disclosures" is suspect as they are not audited. They can pretty much just say anything with no independent oversight at all. An auditor, at least the ones that want to stay out of trouble, would ask to see documentation to confirm what is said in disclosure and would do things like check the TA ledger. And of course, with fraudsters like Costello and who was his partner, Hawkins... Look to have a lot of stuff that doesn't add up. It still looks to me that it comes down to the controlling share and if it was ever given to the TA for transfer to whoever. It could be neither Costello nor Hawkins as legal control of RNWF.
