They can survive a 2:1 reverse split, there are plenty of NASDAQ companies out there with 10-15m shares trading.  Any ratio greater than that renders RXMD converted shares next to worthless, especially after the unnecessary NXPL reverse split conversion. That is how they ended up with majority control, thus making any shareholder votes equally as worthless as this has become. .   . 
All those insider bonus & share giveaway programs are not looking so good any longer if NXPL becomes delisted. 🤔
