USP has filed under SEC Form C (Regulation Crowdfunding). They are supposed to file a yearly report filed on Edgar that is GAAP compliant. They filed one report for end 2022...

The report file by the sketchy auditor, Audits LLC... And the only yearly report filed. There should be 2 more and a 3rd due very soon.
