I never said that. I have always said that it was unlikely or very unlikely they would. I purposely put it that way because there is always the possibility they would. I said that too. This is not the first time that FINRA has allowed a scam to change its name and ticker. There are still many issues here, and just because FINRA processed the corporate actions does not mean those go away. Johnney still doesn't know what he is doing when it comes to public company disclosure, that could still come back to bite him. I also said it would take many months or even a year for FINRA to make a decision to either process or deny. It took over six months.
