Proactive is a paid promoter***.....they say what he tells them to say. So when they write "Management stated that current funding is sufficient to execute and complete the planned Phase II study in the DRC according to its projections" you would think that one could confirm that in a publication made by management itself.
UPDATE to the above:
I just endured as much of the clip at your link that I could stand and Diwan does in fact say "So based on that we have sufficient money to complete this clinical trial".
I haven't read EVERYTHING, but I'm left to wonder how many patients the trial will require.
