livefree_ordie, you either mislead. Or lie -- The claim that Planned Parenthood sold "fetus pasta" is false. The rumor
appears to be a sensationalized and false distortion of controversies surrounding the legal and consensual
donation of fetal tissue for scientific research.

"So if the babies are not alive then why did planned parenthood sell their body parts, they were dead
still according to that belief. Seems odd they would sell faulty body parts?
"

Fact Check Details

* No Evidence of "Fetus Pasta": There is no evidence from numerous investigations by states, congressional committees, and the FBI that Planned Parenthood has ever been involved in selling fetal tissue for profit, much less for use in food products. Claims linking aborted fetal tissue to food and drinks have been widely debunked by fact-checkers as false.

* Fetal Tissue Donation: It is legal under US federal law for patients to donate fetal tissue for scientific research with written consent. Clinics can receive "reasonable payments" to cover associated costs like transportation and storage, but are strictly prohibited from making a profit.

* Investigations and Findings: Following the release of heavily edited undercover videos by an anti-abortion group in 2015, multiple state and federal investigations were launched into Planned Parenthood's practices.

** At least 12 US states investigated and found no evidence of wrongdoing or illegal sales of fetal tissue for profit.

** Two federal Republican-led committees also did not find evidence of illegal sales.

** The anti-abortion activists who created the videos were later indicted on felony charges for illegal recordings and for creating deceptively edited videos that misrepresented what was being discussed.

In response to the controversy, Planned Parenthood announced in 2015 that it would stop accepting any reimbursement for the costs associated with fetal tissue donation, making the process entirely cost-free for researchers to eliminate any perception of an exchange of money.

What script did you grab that lie from, livefree_ordie.

Misinformation, or lie coming from you. Not good.

It was Plato who said, “He, O men, is the wisest, who like Socrates, knows that his wisdom is in truth worth nothing”
