The issues that would disallow corporate actions for this ticker have been covered pretty extensively. The two multi-level-marketing grifter bros running this thing are in way over their head. So far, some of the obvious issues don't even appear to be recognized by them. That would indicate that, no, the name change is, at best, a long ways off and, at worst, never happening.
