Oscar is emphatically saying not right now, not just yet. Agentic AI/GenAI are imminent. (2-3 weeks IMHO) So what's the holdup what can be so obstructive it's gumming up conversion of debt?

Borrowing cash for acquisitions could create a minor obstacle to smooth debt conversions, but it's unlikely to derail AFFU's restructuring based on their strategy.
