Yes. I have chosen densification first. We have active customers in NY that were responsible for over half a million in revenue last year.
And to clear some things up, yes it is a co-working space. The question is why do people care? All offices except Mokena are sattelites by design. HQ has a full datacenter with technical and physical access systems to the premises. Sattelites are for sales, local technical staff, and visibility. Almost all staff runs remote anyway (for the love of God it's 2026). Sales nees visibility, and we need a place to ship equipment for projects for a local tech to pre-build before installation. It's very efficient.
There's a NY IT firm that I stay in contact with who does about $3M in revenue and their "office" is space at a WeWork in Manhattan. Looked at them for acqusition 2 years ago, and they made the smart move of killing their $14,000/mo 1500 sq/ft space in favor of WeWork. Eliminating $168k/yr in expenses and doing a few million in rev... SMART AF.
