You should have done more research before posting about Datavault - the CEO is Nathaniel Bradley.

The SEC charged Parallax Health Sciences, its CEO Paul Arena, and CTO Nathaniel Bradley for making misleading statements about COVID-19 screening tests and PPE. Bradley, who assisted in drafting two misleading press releases, agreed to penalties and a three-year prohibition from participating in penny stock offerings.
