The way I see it , the FID will be held up due to the pipeline explosion, they dont have conformation on the integrity of the line due to the fire. The pipe has to be fixed first, test on the line next and satisfy any govt bs. I think the lawsuit will be taken care of early by settlement out of court . This stupid mistake has presented another delay. The money is not going to flow if the pipeline is not feasible, no pipeline ...no money
