You should do more research before posting as Datavault is an obvious share selling scheme - it's called connecting the dots.

Let's see what us going - 1st massive dilution because of a stock purchase agree between DVLT and Scilex Holding who recieved 265,102,560 shares - guess who the CEO of Scilex Holding is - Henry Ji and he was the CEO of Sorrento Therapeutics - which he pumped as having a cure for Covid but Sorrento was exposed as a scam.

But to pay those shares to Scilex/Ji Datavault increased the A/S to over 2B shares from 285,217,148 shares.

And Scilex was supposed to provide Datavault $150M in Bitcoin.

I have much more you as usual you are a failed pumper because you never do any real DD.
