SEC case is unstayed.

True to type, Berman has written to the Judge in the SEC case seeking a delay while he tries to get counsel.
He has been given until April 6th to get counsel and May 6th to respond.

He will have to go cap in hand. Civil cases don't qualify for legal aid, and if he has access to other funds, then those seeking restitution will no doubt be keen to revisit such a change in circumstances.
To me his only hope seems to me to find some sucker to represent him 'pro bono!'
But why anyone would do this is beyond me!
