Let Me Be Clear, ... the individuals simply posting on mb's, that are shaking their fists at the moon, demanding "Rico Charges" ... and multiples to be returned, as well as accusations of "Willful Misconduct" etc., etc., etc., ... ARE SIMPLY PORTRAYING WHAT IS AN EQUIVALENT TO A CHILDISH TANTRUM' ... Nothing Will Ever Come Of Any Of That' ... NOTHING' ... Also, the same is applicable to those worrying about who wears an orange jumpsuit and is put behind bars' ... childish', simply childish' ... (emotional outbursts, have ABSOLUTELY NO place here)

SECOND, ... A&M (hired by rosie) in their second engagement letter, made it clear that their company was NOT Involved in WaMu to aid in the accounting' ! ! !, ... they were hired to aid in the justification and implementation of the WMI Holding Company's Reorganization Process' ... Why Would THEIR' HIRING For Those Reasons, Have Been Necessary ? ... and WHY', State and Place The Accounting At A Distance Been Necessary ? ... unless potential problems were contemplated from the beginning ? ... hhhhmmmmm ...

THIRD, ... Why Did M Goldstein exit the case', leaving rosie alone, at the Judges Denial of Docket # 25's Request ? ... (rosie's 1st of three failings, ultimately causing his removal from WGM) ... ? ? ? ...

No, ... I believe everyone will agree that This Entire Process of the OTS / FDIC's seizure of WaMu ... and then JPMC's convenient involvement has been questionable now, ever since Sept 2008' ... and' ... the Bank WMB STILL HAS NOT COMPLETED ITS MOVE TO JPMC' ...
