I have been loading up on the Warrants myself and they are in the money I will roll the dice on time decay

Buying stock warrants offers investors significant advantages, primarily leverage, which allows control over a larger number of shares for a low, upfront cost, potentially resulting in high returns.

Warrants act as a "sweetener" for early-stage companies, enabling investors to profit from price increases with limited downside risk to only the initial investment cost, while also providing a longer lifespan (often several years) compared to standard options.

Key Advantages of Buying Warrants:
Leverage for Higher Returns: Because warrants cost much less than the underlying stock, small percentage increases in the stock price can lead to much larger, multiplied percentage gains for the warrant holder.

Limited Downside Risk: The maximum amount an investor can lose is limited to the premium paid to purchase the warrant, as there are no margin calls and no obligation to exercise.
Long-Term Time Horizon: Unlike stock options which may expire in months, warrants often have expiration dates lasting several years, giving the underlying stock more time to appreciate.

Lower Initial Capital Outlay: Investors can control a larger amount of equity for a small upfront cost compared to buying the stock directly.

Potential for Discounted Acquisition: Warrants allow investors to buy shares at a fixed strike price, which may be significantly lower than the market price if the stock experiences high growth.

Other Considerations:
No Dividends: Warrants generally do not entitle the holder to receive dividends that are paid to stockholders.

High Risk of Total Loss: If the share price does not rise above the exercise price by the expiration date, the warrants can expire worthless.

Dilution Risk: When exercised, warrants create new shares, which can dilute the value of existing shares.
