Thanks for your post. I had no knowledge of the uptick rule. I think it needs restored now ! Small business has a hard time the last15 years or so. Small oil companies fold because of excessive regulation so we all pay more to bigger ones. It takes a while to get it all back. I think AREB will return to upside now. I bought at good buy of $2.06 and should have sold at $2.28. I flipped a few times and need $.40 to break even. I'm not certain what I learned --unless buy stocks with more solid profit margin. Some just buy according to news in AH or Pre Market. Good luck to you !
