HGILS, I just listened to the CC. I really don't care what happens with M & A or with up listing. Really, I don't care.
Why don't I care~?
Elite's balance sheet says it all.

After just 3 quarters and already over $100 million in revenues. They (management) already know the what the final Q will bring. Always one Q behind when reporting.

NH has this small Pharma performing very well.

The anti-coagulant may or may not be. Still waiting for the Courts or Purdue for generic OxyContin.
R&D still chugging along. It's all good.

And STILL the share price gets pushed DOWN~! Revenues up over 117% from this Q last year~? And as Carter pointed out all 3 quarters have been outperforming what was expected with the lowest in the 90% range, the other over 100%.

The manipulation isn't just because Elite is on the OTC either. Lots of manipulation going on throughout the market on all exchanges.

One should never be influenced by SHORTS. Spoofing is here there and everywhere. Pay ZERO attention to these clowns.
All one has to do is look at the balance sheet. That's it~!

This is like Elite being at $0.03 again. Good luck keeping this filly in the barn.
