Very strange in some ways? Generally with these pennies the computer/MM's would normally play this like a yo-yo but not the case. Aside from this having a low float (all the more reason for the yo-yo affect) it just isn't happening. No doubt in my mind this stock is being held at or around a certain price period. I would have never have believed this with pennies.
