So I am only playing the devils advocate here but a few things that seem suspicious
1. The website looks like a free template and not designed by a professional
2. Mark Bolster claims to have offices in 4 different countries and does not put address for some of the offices like Florida and the Virgin Islands.
3. He is using Proton Email which is free and thats what scammers do when its 20 dollars for your own domain name
4. He is claiming to have partnered up with major banks
5. No documents have been filed with STHC in a 4 year period by Mark Bolster
