apply warby's perplexity prompt/response with my last loop post.... add in the quantum probabilities which would help provide the best options for executables to help direct the tech.....voila. perpetual motion to satisfy the client base. and despite the move away from central management/cloud, ionq qser moves the whole process architecture to quantum /classical environment of our whole existence? or, something like that. how granular or large do you want to go? or is it the nano which can influence the macro and vice versa?

likely there is a homeostasis which might achieve the optimal benefit as in the end we/it is one?
and they say it's planck's constant maybe which unifies the command and control if that is even a consideration for what we don't know like dark matter/energy ...a crutch of sorts anyway. diogenes lamp peering into the vast darkness which is the 95+% of universe we don't know or can even fathom.
