That "Float" is Class A (RKT), the total "implied" outstanding is 2.8B, of which most (1.8B) are Class L, which are/will be convertible to Class A.

And RKT doesn't need to "purchase" any assets from anyone as they already own/bought COOP. Any other suggestion is delusional.
