The L1/L2 shares are RKT "insider" shares, that will be converted to Class A (RKT) shares, to be SOLD to Mutual Funds, to increase the float for an S&P 500 inclusion.

They have ZERO, I repeat ZERO, to do with the Q's. The Q's are TOAST, plain and simple.
