Thx. Gonna be interesting to hear what Bayern’s claim to the purpose and terms of the loan was. I posted before reading this I think it’s for the water equipment her co. supplied “Gavin” (insert Miro shell co. hustler here) and was $1.6mm w/ interest in one 2024 (again if I remember the date correctly but the interest is ✔️) filing.
Don’t know what GBII’s claim is.

GBII’s Domiciled offshore tickled me because it brings up an old pennyland folklore story of hypothecating restricted certs offshore.
Offshore players buying restricted stock certs at an extreme discount to current pps then selling the equivalent shares naked at a profit. Then when the cert legend matures and gets lifted they cover the short. Pretty fantastical but hard to disprove as 30 years ago it really was the Wild Wild West down here in the pinks and naked shorts with “fails to deliver” were definitely and maybe still are a thing.
