After the potential issuing of preferred stock, per the recent filing there could be total 16,539,667,891 shares outstanding. At .0001 the lowest price, that would be a 1.6 mill dollar company. My take is that whatever scheme that Giordano that prick has up his sleeve will result in a share price around .0005 and a lot of share movement. I'll take it, Ive got over 50 mill shares and that would be 25 grand for me, recovering a portion of my losses which I could live with. Per the table numbers, the top holders are all just over 300 mill shares with Mercadante Mr. Coach 2.0 (if I hear that term one more time I'll puke, hes a complete failure) at the very top of the ticket with Giordano, Mercer Street, BHP Capital and the boyz following right in suit. They are all in collusion to make something out of this company, that much I am dead sure of, what it is we dont know as it appears to be a deeply kept secret, no matter, we should be able to walk away from this debacle with something in hand, and it shouldnt be long at this point. Next up is the 10-K due end of March, but I predict we get resolution with news before that
