You know, Skippy I think we all have these stories… I had 40 million shares of a total piece of garbage company. The guy that was issuing shares was literally just printing paper. I was not aware of this. I was sending him money like a fool and getting shares at a a discounted price. When the shit hit the fan and he was going to be indicted I was getting phone calls from the district attorney office and they thought I had something to do with the company because I had such a large position at the time you could put the shares in your regular accounts and buy and sell as you please.. so the guy gets indicted and arrested and goes to jail for about seven years and I pray each year is worse than the next that being said the district attorney backed off for me after I got my own attorneys to explain to them at this point I’m nothing but a victim because I’m down a significant amount of money so how do you indict someone that is a victim and lost a bunch of money. That being said I sat on these shares forever… around three years ago. I see the stock stock trading and I’m thinking what’s going on. Well it went from .0001 to .05 and it happened relatively quickly every day we were basically up a penny and we were trading decent volume. Could I get 40 million shares sold? I don’t know but the market might’ve taken them. My position was worth $2 million and I was thinking we’re moving basically on no news at all so what I need is good news and maybe we go to one dollar at one dollar I now have $40 million which is life altering as opposed to $2 million that hey I’ll take it but it’s not old game changer. That being said, I watched the stock start to reverse all that was happening is somebody was buying the shell and they eventually did but nothing ever happened with the purchase that stock now sits at .00001 and like you said is on every no Trade list and is completely garbage and worthless … as far as UEEC goes I have a large liquid position that was bought in the open market. Therefore, I can sell it anytime. I also have another position half the size of the position that was bought in the open market that came in cert form and sit at the transfer agent in digital form sort of as you’re saying unsellable until either a we make it off these lists and we start trading above. I don’t know if it’s one dollar or three dollars but there is some magic number and that aside what we all pray for is a buyout so our shares can just disappear and be replaced with the money equivalent and we can continue our lives. Greed is a terrible thing my friend in the movie Wall Street he says greed for lack of a better word is good. Well it’s good when it works you and I were both greedy and we could’ve made some decent money and been out. The only good part is this is not over yet personally I think it’s far from over I’ve seen how these pink sheets operate. It’s always the same story. This one is different. They keep the filings current. They keep the company clean at this point. There are no fluff PR’s and I do believe when we cleared the bar We will see a nice move and for guys like you and I and I know there’s a lot of us that can’t just sell the shares like we own Microsoft I think eventually we will be bought out because we are not capable of handling the potential of the product providing we get FDA approval or possibly Even get the IDE approved.. for all we know there could be a deal worked out already based on tentative FDA approval of IDE or even a full FDA approval… I guess lessons learned on both again all the best and good luck and a pleasure speaking to you, my friend
