You could be right. I know they have stated filing form 10 in the future... And we know they have huge potential with KRM-ll-81 readying for clinicals...

But.... HOW does this go back to trading if as many here believe the path less traveled was to avoid potential control issues? Are convertibles bought out? are there lock-up agreements with insiders? Does it just open at .10 to make any hostile have to pay significantly to acquire a stake? (Although .10 could be quite the deal if/when this navigates into phase 2/3 levels)

Or will they distribute equity ownership into private entity EndeavourRx? I suppose in theory, could they begin trading with a dividend date where shareholders are given equity in the private entity holding premier candidate KRM-ll-81? Will they split the ampakine and gabakine programs up? Or possibly retail is just bought out of our position much lower, say a nickel. So many possibilities yet time keeps on ticking.... into the future..
