This was posted in other board: The days of short selling are gone. All of the 10 MM's (including ETrade) that are now buying/selling pnms or other stock have to answer to the SEC. This is done on a monthly basis, but can be "audited weekly". Just 1 complaint triggers an audit.

Gotta love the new rules!
