Yep, I believe their stated intention is to get trading again “in the future”…. Could be a few months or another year or more…

Bottom line is they need funding to support and sustain this company, these assets as they become poised to generate significant value to all stakeholders as they enter clinical trials. They have grant funding support to get them there. When they are ready with IND and to execute clinical trial plans money will flow swiftly, whether from institutional capital (Castle raise) or a BP swoops in, which I get the sense that BP are making deals utilizing cash to refill their pipelines. Respire has a couple assets that could fit well with many!
