Even adding eb's holdings to the other two large shareholders here, their holdings collectively amount to about 6% of the company. Your math has been off on this subject.
And remember the work I did earlier on this topic, where it appeared that the company owned about 110M shares. The reported float associated with that was 192% of our OS. That's insane!!
That could be why buck was told the company held >90% of the issued shares.
This is why I am interested in knowing if any shares were unjustly disgorged by the SEC. It could diminish the impact of a share recall.
