Again I say...THOUSANDS of PR's over the past 11-12 years spanning your 8, 10, 12 tickers... please prove how all that energy, effort and use of OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY has produced even ONE viable, real world, successful "going concern." Example:
You obviously put a mountain of energy into your first ticker ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL only to wreck it with a Mount EVEREST of toxic notes, reverse splits (1-for-50 followed a year later by a 1-for-24,000 R/S) and an O/S in the stratosphere... not to mention your obviously fraudulent "Picasso" scam among other dubious antics.
On March 6, 2013 tthe SEC called Eddie on the carpet because (a) They found he had "been in consistent violation of required periodic filings for 2 years and 3 months" yet claimed he was "not aware" you were delinquent and (b) to give you a chance to prove you were making good on your claim to investors via official filings that the books of ARTFEST were "audited" when they were not. You assured the SEC you "had hired a new auditor" whom you identified by name. However, on April 30, 2013 the SEC discovered you has LIED to them. They found you not only hadn't sent him anything to examine hadn't even sent him the lousy >>$2,000<< retainer for him to begin. Because of this the SEC
"permanently revoked every class of stock."

Two weeks later you announced "ProTek Capital, Inc., acquires Artfest International, Inc" in a proposed "1 for 1 share swap" (great for big stakeholders like you). You announced you were "resigning" and turning over control to CEO Luther Jeffries" (a wanted felon) and Chairman Clark Ortiz (a faith healing preacher, owner of Swordfish Financial [SWRF] and partner in your TDEY and others). Among other claims again, you announced "ProTek Capital recently has engaged a PCAOB CPA as a new Auditor (odd since you couldn't get it done for ARTS), and will have corporate attorney assist with the SEC compliance and begin the process of filing for the S1 registration. This is a strategic development to have the company to move the status from a PINK SHEET to a fully reporting OTCQB issuer."
