The information you posted = the ongoing United Western Bank.......which still exists.......the Receiver is a separate entity and does not post internal financial activities.................YOUR STATEMENTS ARE WOEFULLY DISTORTED AND INACCURATE...................

1. FCNCA purchased the NOLs from UWBI's subsidiary, Matrix Funding Corp., and converted the NOLs into TAX ASSETS (credits) and used all of them.....
2. The FDIC promised Guy Gibson a substantial "dividend" in the event United Western Bank dropped its appeal of the wrongful seizure suit....
