For those uninformed...There are no settlement discussions going on as the rah rah boy suggests. In fact, I only see one near term (hopefully) catalyst for the stock price and that is Moss' ruling on defendants motion to dismiss. Where Rich has been telling investors that it could happen any day I have been told from a better source that it may not be until April. If Moss decides to combine the telecom lawsuit with the device lawsuit that date could be much later. Until that time we wait and hope that Moss rules sooner rather than later. As I have stated several times here what we need is some media coverage which assuredly would bring more interest in our little company. the prophet
