Buyout is for $4, plus two $1 CVRs. One CVR is for the transfer of certepetide rights in China back to LSTA. The other is for when Kuva files an NDA.
The first CVR is going to be paid out, we already know that LSTA regained the rights in China. You're basically guaranteed $5 at this point, with a shot at getting $6 if the 2nd CVR gets paid.
